Peter Miller – Co CEO & Co-Founder

Peter Miller is CO-CEO and Co-Founder of The Kinetik Group. Prior to establishing The Kinetik Group, Peter had a very successful, 25-year career with Westfield Group and Westfield Corporation, which was later acquired by Unibail-Rodamco in 2018 to form Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW). Under the new URW company, Peter was promoted to COO, UK, Italy and Benelux and was appointed as a member of the global Senior Management Team.

Peter joined the Westfield Group in 1994 working across Australia and the UK/Europe and was one of the fastest rising executives. He was one of three key Westfield personnel transferred to the UK in 1999 to establish the £6Bn+ assets under management European business. Peter was appointed COO of the Westfield UK/ Europe business from 2009 playing a leading role in creating and developing two globally acclaimed flagship centres, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City which today attract over 80 million visitors and generate over £2bn in sales. Peter was also responsible for generating the company’s £4bn+ development pipeline, including major projects in Croydon and the company’s first project in Continental Europe, Westfield Milano and the residential and offices portfolio. Peter was known as a visionary who anticipated the rapidly changing market and led the industry to create unique destinations with the best in retail, dining, entertainment, events, technology and design which were not only anchored by retail but also residential, offices and hotels. Prior to his COO position, Peter held a number of senior roles across Westfield’s Australian and UK/Europe business units including Director of Design, Development and Construction establishing Westfield’s project delivery capability in the UK. Peter led Westfield Development business in Western Australia developing Westfield Carousel.

Before his Westfield career, Peter worked at Lend Lease and Leighton Holdings in Australia and was focused on retail development, project and construction management. Peter attended London Business School studying Corporate Finance and prior to that an Executive MBA at UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Construction Management from the London South Bank University (UK). Peter was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.
