As senior advisers to the CEO of the Al Futtaim Group – Dubai, the role necessitated consulting on all areas of retail projects in Dubai, Cairo and the new project of Doha Festival City, which was a ground up 260,000 SQM project and is the largest entertainment, fashion and dining destination in Qatar.

Areas of involvement were leasing, marketing, operations, design, the development of a unique entertainment precinct and the integration of hotels within the mall development. The development broke new ground in Doha with the introduction of the likes of Galeries Lafayette, Harvey Nichols, Kiehl’s and Ikea.
